This is a condensed version of our debut album, which is now fully written and ready to be recorded. The final tracklist features 14 songs but for the sake of listenability we only squeezed 10 in this "super-reel". Musically it is influenced by a wide range of things, mainly sixties pop and surf rock and noughties indie, blended with touches of "Madchester" and old-school four-part harmonies.

 

Lyrically, it appears to be an album obsessed with the modern age, the rise of internet and availability, the overabundance of content and information, and mainly tries to express the complex emotions associated with the post-modern way of life.

 

It is meant to be a journey of sorts, from nostalgia and fear (A-side) to rebellion and pleas for change (B-side). Hence our working title so far, "From Please Your Mind To Mind Your Head".

 

We have already started working on our second album, which is now more than halfway through completion.
